Kiran Virdi is an experienced Civil Engineering recruiter with a comprehensive understanding of the Civil Engineering and Construction market in the UK. Her experience has allowed her to develop a bespoke and transparent recruitment process for both clients and candidates resulting in longstanding relationships within the industry.
Kiran started off as a trainee consultant with a well respected engineering recruitment business where she was taken through an industry leading training programme and was successful in progressing from trainee consultant through to senior consultant. Kiran continued to develop her skills with a specialist recruitment search business with a focus on senior appointments followed by joining a construction recruitment specialist. During her three years in her last role, she progressed from senior consultant through to principle consultant and then divisional team leader.
Following this continued success, Kiran set up One Construction Group Ltd to offer construction companies a bespoke and flexible approach in line with business needs.
